United StatesJust installed the unit a couple of days ago and I must admit I've received lots of compliments and questions about the hair. The hair/curls is beautiful once you figure out how to maintain the moisture and avoid the poofiness and dryness. The biggest disappointment I have about the unit is the sizing. The wig was big enough to fit two heads! Not to mention one of the elastic straps came off. Thank God for a friend who also happens to know a little something about hair otherwise it would have been a bust! But with that being said, I would still purchase again. Maybe not a 360 though! Please consider those of us with small heads.
GermanyI ordered a 100% Human Hair Wig, but received a SYNTHETIC wig. I received the synthetic wig NOT in the style as shown in photograph. I took photos of synthetic wig, but JessicaHairWigs wrote that it was human hair. After one (1) week of DAILY CORRESPONDENCE as well asTELEPHONING & SPEAKING w/their representative, they agreed for me to return the synthetic wig and I should receive a FULL REFUND!!

Wig is absolutely beautiful, but is extremely big on the inside this is not small head friendly. Can be sewn to make smaller but still..
