Something U Need to Know Before Return:
1.Please contact Customer Service before u return your package, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your original account. Once your refund has been issued, youu will receive a confirmation email. Other wise please contact us freely,we will help u to check.

30 Days Return Policy

Dear customer，our store support the 30 Days Return Policy

Only eligible wigs(Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, no altered, etc) can be exchanged. If you want to exchange it, please contact us in 30 days upon receiving goods. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. 
Please contact us first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our return system. Return without communication will be rejected.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. Jessica Hair does not sell refurbished or previously owned products and return postage are on the buyer.
Products must be returned to us within 30 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 30 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order.

 

If you find out any quality problem below after receiving your goods, or you are not satisfied with the goods and service, please contact us within 30 days, we will actively help you solve the problem, make sure you have a good shopping experience.
